Seeking recommendations for secluded, off-the-beaten-path beaches in Greece

My partner and I are planning a trip to Greece this summer, but we are hoping to avoid the typical overcrowded tourist hotspots. We are looking for hidden coves or quiet beaches where we can enjoy the crystal clear water in relative solitude, ideally accessible by hike or boat. Could anyone recommend some lesser-known gems, perhaps on the smaller islands or the less visited parts of the mainland?
