Seeking recommendations: Best boutique hotels in Paris on a budget

My partner and I are planning a romantic getaway to Paris this autumn but we are trying to be mindful of our spending. We love the charm and personalized service of boutique hotels rather than the large, impersonal chains. Does anyone have suggestions for stylish, well-located boutique properties that won't break the bank? We are looking for something with character, ideally under 200 euros per night.
